Consultancy

As we are listed on ProNett, we are able to speak to the managers on site before we attend to liaise with centers for permits, and other aspects of the job in hand. We can also provide over the phone advice in the case of an emergency until one of our engineers arrive on site.

Training

We train our staff to work with ProNett to relieve the load from the restaurant managers on site. This includes logging in and out of jobs with time stamps and location stamps. Engineers are also able to retrieve and add photos attached to jobs to ensure parts are on hand before arriving to site.

Management

Elements Management Team provides support to both clients and engineers. The team plays a crucial role in facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth collaboration between clients, the technical/engineering staff and their relationship with ProNett.

Support

Our management team oversee everything the sites and engineers are inputting into our system and ProNett. The management team are available to help with any overdue orders or any other issues within our system. The team also serve the engineers to help with calls and any admin related work to give the engineer the most amount of freedom to get on with the tasks.

Service, the third KPI, measures the overall quality of our work and the professionalism of our team. We gather feedback, monitor trends, and make improvements where needed, ensuring that our service remains consistently high.
