How much is a callout?

A 1-hour callout is £100+VAT. Longer jobs are charged at £90+VAT per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Parking and tolls are included. Contracts and larger jobs are priced on application. See full pricing.

How quickly can you get to my site?

We typically respond within 4 to 24 hours, depending on urgency and location. Emergency callouts are available 24/7.

What are your opening hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Emergency callouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover London, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Our head office is in Horwich, Bolton.

What trades do you cover?

Electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen maintenance, carpentry and handyman work, and tiling, painting and decorating.

Can I log jobs through ProNett?

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes. We offer contracts for businesses with repeat or multi-site work, with negotiable pricing, 24/7 support and requests completed within agreed timeframes.

Are you accredited?

Yes. We’re Alcumus SafeContractor accredited, and our policies (environmental, quality, equal opportunity, anti-bribery and modern slavery) are available on our homepage.

Do you work with residential customers?
